Meet Anthony

Anthony brings more than two decades of experience as an urban leader focused on economic growth, organizational effectiveness, and community development. As CEO of one of New Jersey’s largest Business Improvement Districts for over twenty years, he has helped create vibrant public spaces, foster innovation, and support small businesses.

His leadership extends nationally. Anthony served for five years on the Board of the International Downtown Association (IDA), contributing to best practices in urban management and downtown revitalization. He has also served on the board of the I Have a Dream Foundation, supporting expanded educational opportunities for young people.

Today, Anthony is the founder of Vivacity Solutions, where he partners with businesses and organizations to work smarter—not harder. With deep experience in management, planning, and collaboration, he is committed to building strong partnerships and delivering practical, results-driven solutions that strengthen communities.
